Molestation victim testifies

Albany -- A 17 year old Albany girl testified she is haunted by nightmares because he was raped and sexually abused as a child.

46 year old David Lee Marshall is on trial for molesting the girl from the time she was 11 until she turned 13.

The victim said Marshall threatened to kill her, her Mother, and her brother if she told.

Under cross examination she admitted she couldn't remember the dates of the attacks.

    Lee County is working to keep even more drugs off the streets.  The Lee County Sheriff's Office along with Lee County Marshal's Office partnered to safely dispose of the pills a few times a year.
