Albany -- Testimony resumes Monday in the murder trial of two Marine reservists.

20 year old Temyrance Johnson and 22 year old Nevarro Brinson are charged with gunning down 18 year old Damarcus Waddell last November in the Pizza Hut parking lot on Dawson Road.

Prosecutors say Johnson and Waddell were dating the same girl.

Testifying for the defense Friday, Brinson's mother and father said Brinson said his gun was stolen weeks before the murder.

The case is expected to go to the jury Tuesday.
