Albany - Testimony is underway in the murder trial of two former Marine Reservists accused of executing a Pizza Hut deliveryman in Albany.   In opening statements today, Prosecutors told jurors 18-year old Demarcus Waddell was shot ten times outside the Dawson Road Pizza Hut last November.

20-year old Temyrance Johnson and 22-year old Nevarro Brinson are on trial for the murder. Prosecutors say Brinson was the trigger man. Investigators found the gun at Johnson's apartment. They say Johnson and the victim were dating the same girl. That's the motive for the murder.
