Albany - The Albany State women's volleyball team is ready for their fifth straight trip to the NCAA Division II regionals this week at Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri.
That is the good news for the Lady Rams who on Friday won a sixth straight Southern Intercollegiate Athetic Conference title.
The bad news for Albany State is the Lady Rams face regional hostTruman State in the first round Thursday night.
Truman State is 35-1 and ranked number one in the nation.
It is a tough draw for a Lady Ram team looking to win their first ever match in the NCAA regionals.
The Lady Rams regional match with Truman State is 7:30 PM Thursday night.
