Lee County -- At its annual banquet, the Lee County Chamber of Commerce named Tri-County Ag, Incorporated the Small Business of the Year.
Chamber members Len Whittle and Tara Okon were chose as the man and woman of the year.
A committee of chamber members spent a couple of months going through applicants to choose the winners.
"They actually decide who wins and that's who gets recognition tonight. So it's a very big honor to be recognized period for the chamber," said Becky Belcher.
More than 500 businesses are Lee County Chamber members and more than 100 of those joined this year.
