Lumpkin - A female GBI agent, who shot and killed a drug suspect in Lumpkin last week is on administrative leave and undergoing counseling. The agent says she thought 21 year old Markeith Moses was reaching for a gun when she shot him in the side.

Moses ran off into a group of people, then collapsed and died. As other agents rushed in, shots were fired from the group, but no one was hit.

Moses' brother, Eric Moses was charged with aggravated assault of an officer and remains in the Marion County Jail. A 16-year old was arrested and charged with obstruction but has been released.
