Perry  --  President Bush made and enthusiastic speech during his second trip to Georgia in two days.   He was in Perry to rally Republicans for congressional candidate Mac Collins, and Governor Sonny Perdue.

The campaign stop at the Georgia National Fairgrounds and AgriCenter in Perry comes a week before the election between Collins and incumbent Democrat Jim Marshall in the Eighth District.

"The best way to protect you is to stay on the offense is to keep the pressure on the enemy," Bush said to a supportive crowd. "It's hard to plan and plot attacks against America when you're on the run. And that's exactly what our brave professionals overseas are doing. It's important America not forget the lessons of 911. I assure you I haven't. And one of the important lessons is that if you see a threat overseas  we have to take that threat seriously."
