Cecil- NASCAR driver Ryan Newman hasn't found victory lane this season on the Nextel Cup circuit.
But he drove into victory lane Wednesday night at the South Georgia Motorsports Park in Cecil where he won the Premiere Racing Association Big 100.
Newman's win came at the expense of Marc Jessup.
Jessup was out in front when a fuel pump went on his car with about 20 laps to the finish.
Newman took the lead and the win.
PRA series point leader Chet Fillip finished second.
Another NASCAR veteran Ken Schrader finished 10th while Dave Blaney's night was not good.
Blaney had a short night after running into the wall on lap 20.
