Albany -- A $20 Million housing development is underway near downtown Albany.
The "Enclave at Oglethorpe" will consist of 44 homes in a gated community that's within walking distance of downtown restaurants and activities. It will also include a pool, community center and walking trail.
"It creates a community where folks can interact with one another and other neighbors and enjoy the great amenities of the Flint river downtown," says Co-developer Rod Mullice.
Homes start at $115,000, with special financing for first time home buyers.
