Tallahassee-  Another prison guard involved in a sex for contraband scandal at the Federal Correctional Institution in Tallahassee pleaded guilty.  He's the third person and the second from Georgia to admit guilt in the case.

E. Lavon Spence of Thomas County, pleaded guilty to mail fraud. He says he brought banned items into the Florida prison where he worked in exchange for sex with inmates. Alfred Barnes, who is also from Thomas County pleaded guilty last month to one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud.

Spence will be sentenced in December and could get up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. Two Florida guards will go to trial later this month.
