Columbia, SC -- The Albany State football team wins on the road Saturday night at Benedict, beating the Tigers 10-3.
It's their third-straight conference win.
Special teams ace Marcus Jefferson returning a blocked punt eleven yards for a touchdown to give the Rams a 7-0 lead for the second week in a row.
After the Tigers scored in the third, Chad Spencer kicked a 40-yard field goal in the fourth quarter for the final margin.
Quarterback Terrance Ransom led ASU with 108 yards rushing and 103 passing.
The Rams defense held Benedict to ZERO net-rushing yards.
Albany State returns home to face Miles next week at 7pm.
