Bainbridge -- A bizarre story we told you about has finally come to an end. That man in Bainbridge, accused of having sex with a hog, is off the hook.
Sixty-two-year old James Reynolds was charged with animal cruelty and bestiality in March. A hog farmer says he saw Reynolds having sex with one of his hogs.
But Reynolds claimed he was just urinating in the hog pen.
Judge J. Richard Porter ruled in Reynolds' favor, finding him not guilty. The judge cited discrepancies in the hog owner's eyewitness testimony.
