Douglas -- Investigators stayed on the scene for several hours Wednesday trying to find evidence, the cause, and the person responsible for a deadly shooting at Jon's Sports Park.

Jack Edwards remembers bringing his grandkids to Jon's Sports Park. "They have go-karts and miniature golf, and inside they've got a skating rink, and they sell food. About any thing the kids might want," he said.

At 11:00, Coffee County deputies arrived at the sports park. They have since turned the crime scene over to the GBI. The agents removed the body from the building, as people wonder who would shoot scene at a family park.

"In the community, that stirs up a lot of unrest," said Edwards.

Late Wednesday afternoon, the Coffee County Sheriff told us that the body recovered fro the sports park was that of  the wife of the owner, 39-year-old Doris Worrell.

We are told that John Worrell came to work to open the shop, and found his wife inside, dead. We will try to get more information on the case.
