Albany -- Wednesday afternoon's heavy rain caused a familiar problem for one Albany business.
Rainwater often backs up on West Broad Avenue, and when cars pass through the water rushes into Satex Transmission.
Owners say it's a wet, messy situation that costs them a lot of money. "People run through here, 40-50 miles an hour. We get two-foot waves coming all through the building. It's just a big mess, costs several thousand dollars just to clean it up," said owner Steve Bartlett.
Owner Steve Bartlett says he wants the city to fix the drainage system in the area or block off that part of Broad Avenue when it rains and floods.
