Thomasville-  A Thomasville man is accused of improperly touching a female relative.  Ricky Smith was in court Wednesday. Thomasville Police arrested him last night. Smith is charged with one count of child molestation involving a 13 year old girl.

"The little girl had run away from home and when she came back, she actually told another relative what had been going on, and police were called," said Sgt. Ricky Singletary, Thomasville Police.

An investigation is ongoing to determine how many times the girl may have been molested.
