Albany -- A second application for recall has been picked up in Albany in another attempt to recall the mayor.

A man who identified himself as Robert Gilliam picked up the application this morning. He has 15 days to collect 100 signatures on the application.

If he succeeds, he will be given a petition which will require the signatures of 30 percent of Albany's registered voters in order for a recall election to be called.

Two weeks ago, a recall application was picked up but was not turned in by yesterday's deadline.
