Albany -- County Commissioner Brenda Robinson Cutler's trial is once again postponed. This time due to a change of attorney and an illness.
Mrs. Cutler confirmed she has been notified of the change of date for her trial. Cutler has been absent from county commission meetings for more than two months due to illness, and says she is still being treated for her illness.
Cutler is charged with 13 counts of theft and Racketeering. She's accused of hiring family and friends while she worked at the Albany Advocacy Resource Center in 2001 and 2002, and stealing money from clients.
