Albany -- It was a blast from the past at the Albany River Skate Park tonight.
The park hosted its first 80s dance party and skate jam session. It included music from the decade and 80s-inspired outfits. Promoters say it's a fun way to bring people downtown.
"We're hoping a lot of people, dancing, skating, watching people fall, that's always fun, including me," said Patrick O'Flynn.
The skate park will host the 80's party again Saturday night at seven. You're encouraged to come out and enjoy the music, dancing, skating, and food.
