Douglas- Amanda Troupe will learn her punishment for driving under the influence on next week.
Monday, Judge Michael Boggs set Troupe's sentencing for September fifth at 1:00 p.m. Troupe will be sentenced on one count of driving under the influence which carries a minimum fine of $350.
"There's a maximum sentence of 12 months, and of course there's a statutory fine of $350 minimum, and also a minimum of 2 days in jail," said Rick Currie, District Attorney.
Troupe's blood alcohol level was nearly twice the legal limit of .08 the night of the ATV crash three years ago. A GBI crime lab toxicologist testified Troupe's blood alcohol level registered .155.
