Baker County -- Sheriff Isaac Anderson plans to appeal an Atlanta judge's decision that his his peace officer certification be revoked.

That's according to Baker County Attorney, Tommy Coleman.

Tuesday, Judge John Gatto granted summary judgement. His decision coincides with the Georgia Peace Officer Standards and Training Council's 2004 decision to revoke Anderson's license based on misconduct - dating back to 2003.

Anderson has 30 days to file an appeal.

We called Anderson today for comment, but our call was not returned.
