Albany -- A suspect being chased by Albany drug agents crashed into a car Wednesday night. The people inside that car are upset agents were chasing a suspect through a busy neighborhood on rain-slicked streets.

Wiley and Clemmie McClain are sore, but okay today. Their Honda Civic was hit at North Slappey and Mercer Avenue about 7:20 Wednesday night by a black Dodge Charger being chased by two Albany Dougherty Drug Unit cars.

All three cars in the chase kept going. The McClain's daughter took these pictures at the crash scene.

A-D-D-U Commander Major Darryl Smith says his drug agents reported report the collision but did not stop.

The driver who caused the crash then wrecked in the 19-hundred block of Gillespie Avenue and escaped on foot.
