A Lowndes County man is behind bars after deputies uncovered nearly half a million dollars of marijuana.
Tifton - A man has been sentenced to life in prison after pleading guilty to killing his girlfriend. 24-year old Jimmy Daniels Junior was arrested by Tifton Police in October for repeatedly stabbing his 26-year old girlfriend, Crystal Harris, in the neck. Harris bled to death.
Police say the two had an argument in their 6th street home. Daniels agreed to leave after the two argued, but returned later and attacked Harris.
