Bainbridge- A Decatur County man was convicted of aggravated child molestation Tuesday.
Thirty five year old James Johnson was found guilty molesting a nine year old boy last year. Prosecutors say he lured the boy into an abandoned mobile home and assaulted him. Today, the boy testified against Johnson.
"He said it straight, he didn't mince words, he told what happened and then when he was on cross examination he didn't back down, he didn't change his story, he just did a good job," said District Attorney Joe Mulholland.
Johnson will be sentenced Wednesday. He's facing between ten and 30 years. Mulholland is asking for the maximum penalty.
