Goodlettsville, Tn. - After three days of play at the Dixie Youth Baseball World Series in Tennesee, there are just two teams remaining in the double elimination tournament that have yet to lose a game.
That would changeThursday when Lee County faced the tournament host Goodlettsville.
And this batttle of unbeatens was all Lee County.
Trojans score nine runs in the 6th inning and beat Goodlettsville 13-0.
Zane Hood and Blaine Phillips homered for a second straight game for Lee County who also got homeruns from Daniel Nichols and Chase Burnfin.
Lee County will play Louisiana for a second time this week.
The Georgia state champs won the first meeting in 8 innings 7-6 on Monday.
Friday's winner advances to the championship game.
