Laurens County-  A Thomasville teen who fired on a college friend while they were skeet shooting will not be charged.

Eighteen year old Stephen Peinberg was skeet shooting in Laurens County with college friends late Tuesday afternoon. Peinberg pumped the gun's slide forward to load a shell when it accidentally fired, striking 18 year old Leon Towns of Dublin in the throat and face.
