Thomas County-  Homeowners along Springhill Road in Thomas County were out early picking up from Tuesday nights storm. 

Heavy winds sent tree branches crashing through rooftops. Elaine Sherrod's Magnolia Tree crashed through the roof of her garage. Another tree landed on a neighboring home. The Corbin's hope they have enough time to remove an uprooted tree teetering above their shed. 

"We're concerned if the wind comes again it might blow it down, that's why we've got people trying to get it down before the weather comes back in," said Sonny Corbin, Summerhill homeowner. 

Many neighbor were left without power for more than five hours Tuesday night.
