Albany - The Albany State offensive line is loaded with experience.
But that is not the case behind them.
The big question mark for the the three time defending Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference champions this season will be in the backfield.
Former Monroe star Terrance Ransom is ready to take over at quarterback but who will lining up behind him has been an area of concern.
Offensive coordinator Donald Pittman isn't worried.
In fact he says the Rams will not only have talent in the backfield but also depth with redshirt freshman Mark Pettaway and Brian Porter.
Mark Pettaway said "It helped me learn all plays. Get my plays down pat so when I come out here I can just do it. Don't think about it. Just do it because I already know it."
Donald Pittman said "The backfield is strong. We have four good running backs and they are competing real hard. I think they are going to make some big plays."
Albany State has added depth at quarterback with the transfer of Kisan Flakes from the University of Illinois.
