Grady County-  The Grady County Sheriff's office is investigating the death of a four month old.

The parents, Sylvia and Jusdon Simmons called 911 yesterday afternoon when four month old Faith stopped breathing. The baby was on a monitor for a respiratory condition, but paramedics said temperatures inside the family's trailer were extremely hot.

"Anytime we have an infant like this that dies we do a through investigation to make sure there's nothing that could have prevented the child from dying. We do know that child has had some respiratory problems," said Sheriff Harry Young, Grady County.

The four month olds body was sent to Atlanta for an autopsy. The investigation remains open pending autopsy results.
