Albany -- Students and parents aren't the only ones gearing up for back-to-school.

Local school supply stores are stocking extra notebooks, pens and paper, and some extra help in addition to that.

Managers at Staples say all employees will be working during the state's tax free holiday. The store will have enough employees on hand to keep all cash registers open, and to keep the store restocked throughout the day.

They will also have extra staffers to help make the day run more smoothly."We have someone called the Patrol Officers in here, and they wear green shirts, all people have to do is find them, and they will take them directly to the product," said Brenda Glover.

Staples says during the busy tax-free time they want people to find what they need without a long wait in line. Tax-free weekend is August 3rd through 6th.
