Albany - Advanced voting kicks off Monday for the August 8th runoff election. Even if you didn't vote in the primary election July 18th, you can still vote in the runoff. But remember, if you voted then, you'll have to vote on the same ticket you originally voted on, either democrat or republican.
The winners will face their opponents in the November General election.
