Albany - - Some Georgia byciclists showed off their moves at Chehaw today.
Participants competed in the Georgia BMX Competition. Participants range in age from 5 years old to 48 years old.
This is one of several tracks across the state. Others are held in Peachtree City, Augusta, and Sandy Ridge. All participants are competing with the same goal in mind.
"Them we have a state championship Sept. 23 in Augusta. The top 15 riders in any class get to ride in the President's Cup which is in Columbus OH where its state vs. state." says BMX State Commissioner Shayne Robinson.
At the national competition theres 1,500 riders. Last year, Georgia finnished 13 in the nation.
