Dougherty County - - A woman severly injured when her car hit a semi-truck yesterday morning remains in critical condition tonight.

30 year old Heather Norman is a nursing student at Darton College. She was headed to Phoebe Hospital for her classes when the crash occurred on Highway 133.

Dougherty county police are still investigating the accident. They interviewed a few witnesses today, but they have been unable to question Norman because of her condition.

Police expect she'll be taken out of intensive care in a couple of days. The truck driver suffered only a minor bruise to the head.
