Thirty year old David Souza recently moved from Miami to Thomas County with his family. Monday afternoon Souza dove into the family's shallow in-ground pool, and hit his head on the bottom.
He was rushed to Archbold Memorial Hospital where he died Tuesday from the injuries to his spine.
