Leesburg -- A man who's been in jail since a deadly wreck Wednesday night is now charged with three counts of vehicular homicide.
State Troopers also charged 38-year old Michael Littleton with DUI and serious injury of a person by vehicle.
This isn't Littleton's first DUI arrest. In 1995, he pleaded guilty to DUI in Dougherty County. In 1997 he entered a nolo plea and was sentenced to one year probation and fined $400.
Troopers say bout 9:00 Wednesday night, Littleton lost control of his Ford pickup on Ledo Road at Hugh Road and crashed head on into a 1988 Pontiac Sunbird. Forty-one-year-old Kelly Jean Caldwell and her husband, 36-year-old Charles Caldwell were killed.
Six-year-old Dylan Eurell was critically injured and remains in Egleston Hospital in Atlanta.
A passenger in Littleton's truck, 17-year-old Nathaniel Wood, was also killed. Littleton is being held at the Lee County jail without bond.
