Valdosta - There is no denying that Hahira's Stephen Drew has the potential to be a future Major League All-Star.
In fact, the former Lowndes High baseball great has been selected to play for the United States team at Major League Baseball's Futures All-Star game.
The U.S. team will play a World All-Star squad on the Sunday before the MLB All-Star game which this year is Tuesday July 11th in Pittsburgh.
The number one draft pick of the Arizona Diamondbacks two years ago, Stephen Drew is currently hitting .292 with nine homeruns and 37 r.b.i.'s with the Diamondbacks AAA team in Tuscon.
