Thomasville-  Thomasville is becoming a popular stop on the campaign trial. Tuesday, the Rose City got a visit from Sen. Casey Cagle, a Republican candidate for Lieutenant Governor.

Democratic candidate Greg Hecht stopped last week. Cagle met over lunch with the Thomas County Republican Party to discuss his campaign.

"People are wanting good paying jobs and we want to make sure that the economy stays strong and vibrant to where people can experience the American dream, but it's also about making sure that our children have real educational opportunity," said Sen. Casey Cagle, Republican Lt. Governor candidate.

Cagle also responded to questions concerning bipartisanship and the rising cost of indigent care in Georgia.
