Bainbridge -- A migrant worker was hit by two cars and dragged to his death in Bainbridge.

Police say Francisco Guzman stepped into the path of a car in the southbound lane of Jack Wingate Highway last night around 9:30

. Guzman hit the front headlight and windshield of the Ford Mustang driven by Olivia Moore and was thrown into the northbound lane where he was struck again and dragged by a Chevy Malibu driven by Damon Gordon.

"It's dark, it's not lighted and he had some people with him who said that he just stepped out in front of the car," said Bainbridge Public Safety Major Walter Landrum.

The GBI Crime lab ordered blood work for both drivers and Guzman. Neither driver will face charges.
