Tifton - - A day of fun and entertainment in Tift County is helping a cancer fighting organization reach its goal.

"Big Boy's Entertainment Group" held its 1st annual father's day car show outside of the City Limits Restaurant in Tifton.

People were able to view sporty rims, clean engines, and smooth sound systems as owners of these cars competed for trophies.

A portion of the money raised from this event will benefit Relay for Life.

"Cancer affects a lot of people and if you can help in any way, that's a great accomplishment," says Jerry Taylor.

The entertainment company will spend the next couple of weeks raising money for the group.

On the 28th and 29th, it will hold a baksetball tournament. Then on the 30th, there will be another car show.
