Albany -- An employee with Miller Brewing Company is killed while working on the job.   The accident happened about noon.

He was attempting to repair a fork lift at the company's loading dock when the jack fell and pinned him to the floor.

The Albany Fire Department quickly responded to the scene and removed the jack off the man's chest.

According to fire fighters, EMS took the worker to Phoebe Hospital where he passed away.

We are not disclosing the employee's name, pending notification of next of kin.
