Albany -- The South Georgia Head Football Coach says it is a must win situation for the Wildcats Saturday's game night, when they host the Macon Knights.
Head Coach Donnie Davis says his Arena League Two team has not quit, despite their one and seven season record. Last Saturday the Wildcats lost to the Florida Firecats 64 to 28.
Now Davis says this week is a definitely a must win game for the Wildcats. Davis said "Every game now is important. In order for us to give ourselves any kind of shot, or opportunity, we have got to take care of ourselves right now. And hopefully some teams will come back to us in the meantime. But right now every game is important. "
South Georgia had five turnovers in last weeks' loss, two interceptions and three fumbles, that led to Florida touchdowns. The Wildcats have to stop those mistakes, if they are going to have any chance of winning.
Kickoff will be at 7:30 Saturday night at the Civic Center, as the Wildcats host the Macon Knights.
