May 30, 2006

Camilla - A former high school band director and an assistant director for the South Georgia Wildcat's Marching band is charged with molesting a student at Mitchell-Baker High School.

Twenty-five-year-old Terrance Keaton Jones of Albany was arrested in Camilla this afternoon and charged with two counts each of child molestation and statutory rape.

Investigators say Jones had an inappropriate relationship with a 15-year-old female student while he was the band director at Mitchell-Baker High School.

Jones is in the Mitchell County Jail.
