Sylvester - The three-car accident happened just before 10 O'clock Friday night, in front of Piggly Wiggly. 

A minivan with a family of five, driven by Dennis Gordy, pulled onto Highway 82 into the path of a Ford Mustang containing four teenagers. The driver of the Mustang, Andrew Allen, swerved and spun into oncoming traffic and was hit again by another car.

He was not seriously hurt, but his three passengers, all around 16-years old were. Their names have not been released, but we do know they were taken to Phoebe Putney Hospital in Albany.

The driver of the third car, Freddy Billingsley was to a Tifton Hospital for a broken arm and other injuries.

The driver of the van, Dennis Gordy, was taken to Phoebe Worth in Sylvester. Charges are pending against Gordy.
