Leesburg- Even the criminal convictions may not prevent Donnie Spillers from being a police officer in the future.

Eventually, his case will be heard by the The Peace Officer Standards and Training Council. Their next meeting is in June, but there's no way to tell if Spillers case will be considered.

Even if they revoke his certification, he could reapply later. Spillers has said he does not want to be a law enforcement officer again.
