Albany - - This year's Spring Street Festival gave vistors a lot of options for food, fun, and entertainment.
Young people got a chance to spray paint their hair while their parents shopped at the different vendors. There's verything from clothes and jewelry and even virtual race car competitons.
"It's a Nascar driving simulator where we can put you on any Nascar track that Nascar runs with a network and race each other. It's realistic - as real as it gets without being in a car," says Julian Newbern of 3-D Entertainment.
Monies raised from the Spring Street Festival will benefit The Special Olympics, Thronateeska and the Downtown Albany Association. The event is downtown on Broad Street and ends at midnight.
