Albany -- Three Albany men are on trial for the shooting death of another man.
Richard Zackery, Ricardel Hightower, and Roderick Johnson are accused of shooting and killed 34 year old Travis Harris during the robbery of a card game in East Albany in 2002.
A fourth man, Abe Brown, is also charged with that murder. He is still on the run.
A jury was seated in this murder trial last month, but the trial was stopped because of errors in one indictment.
Now the three are on trial again, and will face life in prison if found guilty.
A jury convicted a Crisp County man on two counts of child molestation Friday. The jury came back with a guilty verdict for Hermenegildo Virgil Friday.
