Seminole Co.- A Seminole County shooting suspect's charges are delayed after chest pains. Fifty one year old Gary Cottles will be charges with murder, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and aggravated assault in the shooting death of this brother Terry.

Both were living with their father in Seminole County when the shooting occurred Tuesday night. Gary was taken to a local hospital and transferred to Dothan, Alabama after complaining of chest pains. He's expected to be charged Friday.
