Albany -- Hundreds of people were all ears Saturday night in the Sherwood Baptist Church Sanctuary. They came to hear a live recording of Georgia Mass Choirs full-length album.

Seventy singers from across the state make up the choir. Some are from right here in South Georgia.

The music shared is meant to share a good message from God.

"We want people to feel where we are in God. And that message is always a happy one. And we want to portray that tonight. That joy that happiness," said Reverend Milton Biggham.

This is the tenth album recorded by the singing group, and the very first year for the choir to team up with another choir. Sherwood Baptist Church will join in to sing two tracks on the album.
