Cairo- A Cairo woman is arrested for trying to smuggle drugs inside a Bible to her jailed husband. Twenty five year old Marie Boatwright is charged with crossing guard lines with drugs and conspiracy.

Grady County investigators say Boatwright took a Bible to her husband Richard at the grady County Jail and jailers found methamphetamine hidden in the spine of the book. Richard remains in jail on unrealted charges.

In a separate incident, Anthony Myrick is also charged with crossing guard lines with drugs and possession after he was booked into the jail with methamphetamines in his pocket.
