Thomasville- Grownups and kids will be switching places this week at the Boys and Girls Club of Thomas County. Monday crews were preparing for The Marguerite Neel Williams Boys and Girls Club of Thomas County third annual Steak and Burger Dinner Tuesday night.

It's an opportunity for the community and corporate sponsors to spend some time with the center's kids with one twist.

"The kids will eat steaks and the adults will eat hamburgers, yes, that's what makes it a real interesting and unique concept," said Lee Wagner, Exec. Director Boys & Girls Club of Thomas County.

The fundraiser is expected to raise approximately $45,000 for the local Boys and Girls Club. The money will go towards operating expenses. There are tables still available and the dinner will be served at 7:00 p.m.
