Albany -- A South Albany insurance agency is stuck up at gunpoint by a polite armed robber.

Around 3:30 Monday afternoon a man walked into the Affordable Insurance Agency on South Slappey, and waited patiently while the two employees completed phone calls. Then the man pulled a gun and demanded money.

After he was given some cash, he left walking south.

Witnesses describe him as a light skinned black man, about 25 to 35 years old, 5-10 inches tall, and 155 pounds.

This was the third robbery of an insurance agency on or near Slappey Boulevard since January.
